Welcome to Elite Care & Clean. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Elite Care & Clean provides residential, commercial, Airbnb, bond, deep cleaning, and NDIS home cleaning services as agreed between the client and the business.

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the condition, size, and accessibility of the property.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.

Additional charges may apply where:

  • the condition of the property differs significantly from the original description,
  • additional time or labour is required,
  • specialised cleaning is requested,
  • parking or access fees apply,
  • or additional services are added during the clean.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once accepted by Elite Care & Clean.

We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee where time and resources have already been allocated.

Elite Care & Clean reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where:

  • unsafe conditions exist,
  • abusive behaviour occurs,
  • access is unavailable,
  • or circumstances are outside our reasonable control.

4. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If cleaners are unable to access the property, a call-out fee or cancellation fee may apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate booking information,
  • ensure electricity and running water are available,
  • secure pets where necessary,
  • advise of any hazards or sensitive surfaces,
  • and remove excessive clutter where possible.

6. Cleaning Results

Elite Care & Clean aims to provide high-quality professional cleaning services at all times.

While reasonable care is taken, we cannot guarantee:

  • removal of permanent stains,
  • mould remediation,
  • damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear,
  • or restoration of heavily neglected areas without prior assessment.

7. Bond Cleaning

Bond cleaning services are completed according to agreed scope and reasonable industry standards. Additional services requested by property managers or real estate agents outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due within the agreed invoice period unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Late payments may result in:

  • suspension of future services,
  • recovery action,
  • or additional fees where permitted by law.

9. Contractor & Staff Services

Elite Care & Clean may use employees, contractors, or subcontractors to perform services on behalf of the business.

All workers are expected to follow company procedures, safety requirements, and professional standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Care & Clean is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss,
  • pre-existing damage,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Any concerns regarding service quality or damage should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

12. Website Use

All website content, logos, branding, text, and images remain the property of Elite Care & Clean unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms

Elite Care & Clean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
